Height: 5'9" Age/Gender: 40 yoa Female Highest weight- 265 Current Weight- 174 Current body fat - 27% ish Lowest weight- I remember passing 125 when I was about 12 or 13 Goal weigh- 150ish...body fat below 20% and to be healthy :)

I had to skip working out today. Idk if it's allergies (I'm in NC) or if I'm coming down with something but I just feel rough today... Tomorrow challenge is a whopper! I've completed 1 one min wall sit and a 2nd that lasted about 45 seconds and I had to stand for a moment then finish. Should be interesting... Good luck…
