I completed todays challange plus I added in one min wall sit x2 and 40 weighted squats x2. Man my legs were mad at me after those wall sits, lol

Wonderful stories you guys! Such inspiration! I'm only 40 and me and my husband were talking about menopause the other day, he has low T (he's 44) and we were discussing how the body changes as we get a little older. I don't wanna but I guess I have no choice, lol

I have injured my shoulders, feels like I have whip lash so I am avoiding anything that puts more stress on my neck/shoulder area. Sticking mostly to the elliptical this week at least. I can't make a doctor appt until at least next week, maybe the one after...I don't want to totally put myself out of commission.

I eat a lot of Cayenne pepper and have never suffered any of those dreadful side effects, makes me wonder how much is in it. I wouldn't be willing to try it myself.

I would normally agree w/this but I started Atkins in May 2011 and I lost about 60 lbs but I was really missing fruits. So I added in fruits and kept my carbs below 100 and still didn't eat rice or pasta (just don't miss them anymore) and I maintained my weight w/a 25 lb loss for the mext 8 mos. I recently switched to kettle bells and I love them. I so far am using the simple dvd that came w/them and other reps.

I drink at least a gallon of h2o a day plus coffee plus iced tea (I consume a lot of fluids, always have) and yes I pee a lot. It can be a challange at work but I get by ok. Keep drinking that water peeps!

I have a size 10 denium shorts that I prolly need to lose about 15lbs to wear and I'd like to be able to buy a really cute dress for my neice's wedding this May. I'd like to be in a swimsuit w/o embarrassment by end of summer too
