I am hoping she can tell me what percent of macros to eat. There is so much different info online: low carb diet, high protein diet, 40-30-30. I have no idea what to do! Lol

Thanks for all the answers. I am still slightly confused to be honest. Scott, If I followed what you said, I would be eating where I am now which is between 1200-1400 calories and I am thinking that it may be too low since I haven't lost in 3 weeks :(

I did 30 day shred last year and lost 18 lbs and 2 pant sizes. I was 230 lbs at that time. I am starting it again this week and am 252. With that being said, last year when I did the program, I could not do the jumping jacks or anyone of the other jumping activities. So what I would do when she would do the jumping was do…

Congratulations!!!!! You look great! I have lost 18 lbs in 4 weeks which goes to show HOW BAD I was eating before! Going to start exercising this week. Hope to lose 2 lbs a week so by Christmas I am 37 lbs lighter.

Congrats on your loss! I see you have lost 8 lbs and that is great! I eat a MINIMUM of 1200 calories but eat between 1200-1600 calories. I have lost 18 lbs in 4 weeks. Great job and keep it up!

If I keep losing 2 lbs a week until Christmas, I will be at 37 lbs lost. So with that being said, I will be buying a new outfit for Christmas!
