Haliperidol is the most popular medication for tourettes. It helps to reduce the tics. I cant take it because my mother gained 45lbs in a month on it so my doc wont let me but he said it does help.\ Be aware though that it is an anti-psychotic so watch for mood changes.

I did the 30 DS with Jillian and had amazing results! I lost inches everywhere and it helped with my pounds! Now I am onto Supreme 90 so hopefully that will help as well.

I have trouble eating UP TO 1200!!! And I eat 3 meals a day filled with proteins and carbs. Very healthy.

I did it! I only did 2 weeks of it because I got really bad shin splints from it. I am actually going to be starting it again on Monday but in the 2 weeks of doing it, I lost inches everywhere and 6lbs!

I usually have 6 tbs of egg whites on wheat toast. I also sometimes have 2 eggos with I can't believe it's not butter, a bowl of cherries with silk soy milk, or apple cinnamon belches cookies
