i put up a pic of me from my wedding day, when i was 15 pounds lighter than when i started here! lol. it was the most recent pic, so up it went. (now i am only 5 pounds heavier than in the pic! yay!)

me too! i want to lose 30 total, i have 20 to go. the first 10 went to easy, i was psyched! now i am getting discouraged because i seem to have stalled. :frown:

This is a quinoa based crustless quiche and it is soooo good! we had it for dinner last night. http://balancedplatter.com/fresh-farmers-market-quinoa-bake/ I cook mine in the slow cooker, with twice as much water as quinoa. Also good pilaf style with sauted onions and garlic.

I am here in L.A. and have had very good experiences at PF Changs and Outback. California Pizza Kitchen has a GF menu, but both times I have ordered off of it, I got glutenized. I was diagnosed with Celiacs right before christmas. I really don't understand people who have celiacs and "cheat" on their gf diet, knowing the harm they are doing to their bodies! I have no temptation to cheat, because I don't want a reaction OR the long-term damage you do, even if you are symptomless. I make all my own…
