I also like www.glutenfreeonashoestring.com Everything I have tried of hers has been great! If you are making your own gf all purpose flour blend, make sure you use superfine ground flours. Personally, I do not like rice flour, so I make my own blend: 40% whole grain (I usually use a mix of sorghum and quinoa flours) 60%…

I haven't tried these yet, but everything else of hers that I have made has been great! http://glutenfreeonashoestring.com/won-ton-wrappers/

Mine is open, feel free to look! I have not been good at logging lately, but I am determined to get back on track! Message me if you look and have any questions (or suggestions!) :drinker: You can add me too, if you like!

When you are on the freeway, there is (or used to be) a sign that said "Now entering Beaver" with a picture of a beaver lying on its back- feet facing you.

Well, a snickers bar is 220 cals, and a can of coke is 140 cals (total 360 cals), so calorie-wise, the filet-o-fish at 380 cals is worse! It also has much more fat. I am NOT advocating having candy and soda for lunch, I am just pointing out the numbers.

Jillian does tell you how to modify the exercises in 30ds for beginners. Like surabhit said, you don't have to finish in 30 days. It is in 3 levels, you are "supposed" to do each level for 10 days, but I see no reason why you couldn't do each one longer, until you felt comfortable moving up to the next level, whether that…

I love their hot italian sausage (not very diet friendly, though!). Also their dark chocolate covered blueberries, and they have a lot of gluten free stuff. Their tamales are good, and I love their salsa verde... well, all their salsas! My hubby likes to buy his beer and vermouth at TJ's, and who can resist two buck chuck?!

I don't remember mine! I know it was with a guy who lived in an apartment building down the street, and that I was 14. But it was very unmemorable, apparently! Shortly after that, I had my first boyfriend, and I really don't remember much about his kisses, either...

I agree with this! I took French, and have not used it, but I could use Spanish everyday, if I knew how to speak it. If I could do it over, I would take Spanish. It is much more practical.

This is the brand we eat, and we have never had anything other than quinoa in the package!

What's the difference between boogers and broccoli? Most kids won't eat broccoli!
-
add me, please!

Thanks for putting it this way! I usually log half the marinade, but what you say makes total sense!

I have to make these!

He does not make the menus, but if he really wants something he will ask. He hates going grocery shopping, so I would rather he not go with me, because I feel more pressure to rush so he won't complain. He only goes shopping if I call him and ask him to pick something specific up on the way home from work!

thanks!

11:23am 333 cals, just about to eat lunch!

I moved from Abilene, Texas to L.A. and there are a few restaurants I miss- Rosa's, and Alfonso Hernandez Bakery, to start. mmmmmm

My husbands family live in KC (Missouri) and when we went for Christmas, his boss kept talking about our trip to Kansas, even though we corrected him everytime! Grrr. I am from L.A. and I am tired of people thinking it is one big beach with no other terrain. Within a short drive, there is also valley and beautiful…

When I looked, I saw a lot of days with no logging. What did you eat on those days? That may have hurt. Also, on the days you did log, you go over on sodium often (not always very much). Maybe you are retaining water? And it seems like you go over on sugar a lot too. Maybe cut down on that as well. Good luck to you!…

It is easier for me when I am at home, because then I can have a vodka and diet cranberry/diet 7up, or gin and diet tonic. When I go out, I either go without or share a margarita with a friend.

I LOVE avocados, but I am allergic to them, they make me incredibly sick. But oh, how I love them! Enjoy your guacamole for me...

pretty much any way except scrambled, unless they are in a breakfast taco (i am gluten intolerant so flour tortillas are out- no breakfast burritos for me!) and the occasional omelet.
