I have been seeing a lot of people in the forums talk about TDEE, but I don't know what that is! I looked it up, but I got very confused. Scale won't budge! Not even .10
According to my scale, I weigh EXACTLY- to the .10- what I weighed 2 weeks ago. I have tried to stay on target with cals, I changed up my exercise (from just walking to 30DS with walking and/or other cardio). I don't get it. I made sure my settings were accurate. Any ideas?

I do not follow WW, but I am thinking about starting. I know that some foods are considered "free foods" with WW, that are not "free" on mfp. how do you work around that? also, are you happy with the WW program? pros/cons?

Back hurts after crunches
I'm sure I must be doing them wrong, because my back hurts when I do crunches! Granted, I haven't done crunches in I don't remember how many years, but I'm pretty sure you're supposed to feel it in your abs, not your back! :tongue:
