I went into my settings and realized that i was not being honest with myself. i hadnt put my settings in properly because i didn't think i could *only* eat 1200 cals and not be hungry. so i…

my hubby and i like to go out to dinner, but with my diet and being gluten free, it can be difficult. We have found a restaurant that we love, but of course it is not the healthiest place we can go, since i always order the pizza! so when we plan to go, i consider it a treat and try to tailor the rest of my meals and…

I like to marinate chicken in equal amounts salsa (i use salsa verde but regular salsa is good too) and italian dressing. we either grill and eat it as is or use it for chicken tacos. so good! also i season 1 1/2 pounds chicken with salt and pepper and cook in skillet until browned. remove chicken and set aside (keep…

i am the same. i am TRYING to quit soda, but coffee and tea are out. i like the fruity flavored fizzy water. perrier has versions with lemon, lime or grapefruit (i think the lime one has an initial taste like fruit loops!)

roasted asparagus, roasted cauliflower (yes, i am on a "roasted" kick right now!) and sweet potatoes. :drinker:

Haha! I posted a similar question yesterday! Here are the replies I got: http://www.myfitnesspal.com/topics/show/624567-need-side-dish-ideas Last night I made quinoa with 1 Tbsp lemon juice, 1 Tbsp lime juice and 3 Tbsp chopped cilantro. yum! We also love to roast veggies- asparagus and cauliflower are my faves.…

2 corn tortillas are only 110 cal total. That's not bad, imo. Pretty low in fat, too. I don't eat much bread (i am gluten intolerant) but I eat a lot of corn tortillas!

fajitas are a good option, as are soft shell "street" tacos, which are made with soft (not crispy or "hard shell") corn tortillas, and not flour tortillas. they usually come with just onions/tomatoes/cilantro and the meats are generally grilled. they are usually available a la carte, so you don't have to have the fattening…

I have not tried orgran cake mix, but i did buy some of their all purpose gf flour blend, and i felt like it has a weird taste to it that other brands don't have.
