Anyone else get a ridiculously high number with this calc? I got well over 4,000 per day? Which would mean even at a significant cut would have my TDEG well over 3,000! I'm currently at 2,000, and I thought my TDEE was more like 2,800. Hmmmm....

Plain Greek yogurt, 1/2 cup dry oatmeal, 1/2 cup blueberries, drizzle of honey, coffee with half and half (my vice! I swear I'd give up most everything before the cream in my coffee!)

Thank you so much!!! You answered my questions! And I realized that I hadn't changed the body fat % in the spreadsheet to my own. Somehow I missed that one, and it made a huge difference! The numbers make a lot more sense now! Thank you again for taking the time to help me!

Still here! I take two rest days per week, but I pulled something on the inside of my ankle just below my calf. :( So I modified one day (less jumping) and took an extra rest day. I did D9 L1 today. One more day at level 1!

Mine does too! I think maybe from the push-ups. I am putting a LOT of weight on my arms! It's actually why I stopped doing level 2. All those walking push-ups and planks were killing my inner arms and wrists. I'm a pianist, so I really can't risk my wrists!
