I'm starting again after a few years hiatus so I def need some active friends :)

You can add me too! I'm 26, and 209 lbs currently. Two years ago I lost 20 lbs with mfp but gained half of it back so I'm starting again :) Current goal weight is 190.

Anyone can add me. I'm in Altamonte Springs (near Orlando). First day back to getting healthy after a few months hiatus. Woot.

No workout again today. My legs are feeling better (not quite so much limping). Tomorrow is the start of a new week and I'll jump back in as soon as I get home from work :] Prayers for a speedy recovery of health and mood!

The only workout I'm getting today is walking all over this mall. Not going to be home till after midnight. Hopefully my legs will be healed up enough to workout again tmrw (and not just hobble along xD)! I hope you and your kids feel better soon. Enjoy your Thanksgiving!

Started 30DS yesterday, and after 2 days of it, my calf muscles are screaming. I saw on another thread that Jillian said in a podcast: not intended for 30 days straight and to do 2 days 30DS, 2 days cardio, 2 days 30DS, 2 days cardio, 1 day rest. Having not worked out for months, and never been in the best of shapes, I…

Day 2 of the 30 Day Shred done! I think my legs are going to riot, and I couldn't do the jump rope move to the fullest but I still did it. Tmrw's exercise will have to be in the morning since I've got lunch with the 'rents and Artemis night at a friend's house. Hope you feel better soon Sherry!

I just joined the groups: "Run, Walk, or Crawl" and "Daily Workout Partners". They both seem decently active. I'm also doing the "October 2013 MOVE IT 180-360+ minutes a Week Challenge!!", which is in the message boards and has quite a few participants. Best of luck, and feel free to add me if you want/need an extra…

Feel free to add me! I'm starting back with working out/eating healthier after gaining back the weight I lost last year. Only good motivation/inspiration here, except for the occasional "courage wolf" picture!

*gasping for air* Just tried J.Michaels 30 Day Shred video. I had to do a lot of it without the weights (even using 2lb-ers), and had to nix a few seconds each round of jacks/jumproping because my knees threatened to give out, BUT I stayed with it pretty good. It definitely went faster than the Power 90 Sweat 1-2 vid, so…

The great thing about Zombies, Run is that you don't actually have to run (although it is encouraged). The concept is that you go along at whatever pace you want (run, jog, walk, limp, etc) and when the zombies begin to chase you (it will say "zombies 100 meters"), you have to speed up by 20% for the (i think) 30 seconds…

Sounds like everyone here is super motivated! I hope I can stay that way. :) Today, I started working out again. Kindof just eased into it. Did a silly belly dancing workout on youtube, tried out some Blogilates (although that about killed me. soo out of shape -__-), and the Ab Ripper 100 from the Power 90 program (love…

Hi I'm Cassie. I'm 22 and wanting to get my life back on the healthy track. For a while last year I was all gung-ho for working out and eating healthy and then February hit and I got a new job and started having heel/ankle pains so the workouts I was doing (Power 90) fell to the wayside. My eating habits have, honestly,…

Anyone can add me as well! Hoping to change my lifestyle to a healthy one and enjoy working out again :) Could definitely use some accountability/motivation buddies!

Feel free to add me! I'm looking for some accountability/motivation buddies as well! Just got married and want to lose the weight I've gained this last year and gain some actual muscle :D

DVDvideosoft is a the program I use. If you agree to the add-on (possibly only for firefox users), then it'll put a button on youtube under every video that you just have to click instead of copy/paste-ing the url! :)

I only did 1 day of Zombie 5k before and was wondering this myself. Zombies, Run! is awesome (about halfway through season 1), I hope the story for Z5k expands from just running in the lab for tests.

I'd like to join if it's not too late!
