I am interested in success of the taller variety of us too. I'm 5' 9". I am curious what my real life goal weight should be. I am 46 afterall so i have no desire to return to the size 10 of my youth. Any suggestions and before/after pics would be motivation for me.

I recently walked by a mirror and actually thought, " Who is that"? I wonder what people see when they look at me too. I despise picutres for that reason. It's easy to tell ourselves that we look ok but once we are faced with a picture aka evidence that we could use a lot of improvement, we tend to get discouraged

I can relate! I too have a man in my life who loves me as I am....my problem is that I don't love ME as I am. I have lost weight before but not in a healthy way. I am always looking for the "easy button". Change is hard. Keep that in mind and take baby steps. Good Luck

I can totally relate to the mental issues you are facing. I have the exact problem. Why do many women feel unworthy of being beautiful on the outside to match their inside? I like what your words.."I'm tired of being the only thing in my way" express. Good Luck on the journey
