You are sooooo smart to do this. You should be very proud of losing 50 pounds. I wish I had paid better attention after I had my second. I wish to encourage you and wanted to suggest trying to build up muscle as you burn a lot more calories at rest.

The same thing happened to me and I was so frustrated. I had to cut back on salt and also leave out low cal popcorn as it kept my weight up and I was very frustrated.
