I haven't done Zumba but for Insanity I log it as Circuit training, general.

I felt like this one was harder than the others! But I also ate about 1/2 hour before hand so that probably didn't help. I had to go my own pace for a lot of it too because holy wow are they crazy! lol I'm still just pumped that I've done each day, it's a bit addicting already.

I don't know that I'll get to it until this evening (babysitting today) but I skipped through it and I'm glad it looks more relaxed.

I logged it as circuit training.

I had to do the same thing with taking a little longer breaks and I'm so sore! But now that I'm done I'm so pumped I did it and finished! On to day 4!

Again, I'm not running weekends so no, not 8 days straight.

I think it's just hard to watch people "hurt" their bodies when you're trying so hard to take care of yours, something you didn't think of so much before you decided to change how you live.

I'm new to running in the sense that it's been a while, not new as in never run before. And I'm not running weekends.

Thanks everyone! I have a feeling it's my shoes so I guess I'll be getting some new ones and stretching more. I'm in love with running already, I'd hate to mess up and have to stop!

I'm on week two of a new routine and totally broke out. :'( I'm hoping as I get into my routine and working out becomes a little more normal everything will even out.

I've been doing crunches and core exercises and it seems to be helping.

I haven't been able to finish it, the last time I got 8 days in when my feet and heels started killing me! I could barely walk for a week...:( So I've been doing it 2-3 times a week and plan on starting it for real soon.
