I have been using cashew milk for about the last year or two and really like it. I have also heard people using rice or coconut milk as an alternative. For cheese and yogurt maybe you could look into some vegan options.

Different seasoning combos can switch up a food. Ha i think thats how i can eat some vegetables as often as i do. Pinterest is also a good source for recipes. I found zucchini pasta there.

Carbonated drinks are bad for you in general and those drinks are probably not the best but aren't the worst either.

Vegan or not Youtube, pinterest and google are all wonderful sources to find recipes.

cauliflower or zucchini tots instead of tater tots. Also heard of cauliflower and zucchini pizza crust. Instead of juice you could do crystal light packets or powerade or propel zero. If you want the flavor of cheese on something i heard nutritional yeast is suppose to taste like it.

Maybe you can try some meal prep. Like on a day you have a little extra time take that and make some healthier things for dinner for the week. When i feel demotivated i look for motivational quotes, songs and pictures and remind myself why i started in the first place. To be happy with myself and i am not going to be if i don't do something.I tell myself i can do this! If nothing else i will try and do something small that will help towards my goal.

Thats how much i want to lose altogether too. I have lost 45 pounds in the last 2 years and 16 of that was in the last two months. So if i can do that i know we both can lose 80. Also feel free to add me if you want.

If you absolutely feel the need to stress eat maybe try eating as many fruits vegetables and other healthy foods as possible. A stress ball may help you as well that way you are doing something with your hands. Maybe gum may help to. That way your chewing that instead of chewing food you will eventually swallow and regret…
