Works in a long time office career, feels like she can accomplish anything with her recent weight loss achievements :D

Hi guys, I lost 30+ lbs over the past year and gained back about half of it over the last several months, I know, terrible... BUT I am determined to change that by the end of the year and lose 15-20lbs, hopefully the latter. After that I should have about 10+ to my first ultimate goal. Lets do this!! Feel free to add…

yes, using MFP has definitely been my best friend, especially with all the support i've gotten here. I agree with what you have to say, great job so far! I am going to send you a FR

hi there, you can add me if you'd like! I love mutual support. I am also 28 and similar to you was looking to lose approximately 50lbs. lost more than half of it in the past year, would like to lose the rest asap. You can definitely lose that much weight in a year and the good thing is its a realistic goal  just a…

I am a yoga lover as well. Goal is to get much more advanced, but there are so many positives about it, and I have improved drastically since I started about a year ago. Love talking with those who also benefit from yoga! :flowerforyou: I'm into power yoga as well, though some don't agree it's the same.

Usually maybe 2-4lbs heavier at night if I happen to weigh myself which I usually try to shy away from doing at night

this is an awesome tool. Can't let this one go unnoticed, too great!!!! Wonderful job on that, I still have to read a little closer to correctly interpret what some of the charts display. But this is incredible ;)

I've lost over 30lbs in the past year and trying to lose the last 15-20... of course been addicted to MFP for quite some time and more than half of my friends haven't logged in for a really long time and I would like mutually supportive friends... I love to support those who can provide inspiration as well!!!…

I'm a 20..something  I just recently started getting into all of her videos, I am sore as all hell today from yesterday's: Yoga Meltdown & Banish Fat Boost Metabolism, approx 85min total. I absolutely love them and can't wait to keep doing more!! I have tried others of hers as well, anyone feel free to add me too !

I'm similar and I agree with the above about saving some of your calories to plan for such things... it may not be the healthiest or most desirable option but it works for me. I generally try to save some calories for night time snacks, and if I don't eat them, that's a plus. Most of the time if I do eat the calories I…

We all know how it is to lack willpower I'm sure.. I know I do! You can do this! Small steps lead to big changes! You don't have to overwhelm yourself all at once...

I agree with what a lot of the people above said. It has to be a lifestyle change. I don't personally limit myself from any foods I "work" them into my diet or days where I want to be a little more lax. If you mess up one day, that's ok. The only way to keep going is to accept it and just get back on it the next day. We…

I just posted some progress pics (on my profile) just to retract what I said earlier but they're not really booty based Lol..... Anyway YES definitely has lifted, toned, and shaped my butt... I use a 5lb weight in both hands when I do my squats

omg these look gooood... going to try for sure!

Would probably share pics if I had them but I usually shy away from taking pics! I have started a little more lately now that I have gotten almost halfway to my goal, but don't have actual progress pics yet... but will also *report* that squats are doing wonders for me as well! My booty looks better than it ever has even…
