    Sorry I am not posting my photos here this publicly. But I've done the squat challenge twice, and my partner starts to compliment my tush about halfway through. I was skeptical at first, but it does work!

    I don't post pics, but I can report that I now lift myself out of chairs using only my legs. Before, I had to help the lift with my arms. At my age, that's an awesome difference!

    Would probably share pics if I had them but I usually shy away from taking pics! I have started a little more lately now that I have gotten almost halfway to my goal, but don't have actual progress pics yet...

    but will also *report* that squats are doing wonders for me as well! My booty looks better than it ever has even when I was at my thinnest... So yeah definitely gonna keep up with the glute workouts!

    and yes, absolutely hate the zombie thing ...!

    thanks!! Glad to hear good news. I do my squats with a kettle bell. Have you done this?.. did squatting lift your bootie? I got a nice one but it needs a lift so I'm hoping squatting will help.

    According to my personal trainer, squats, deadlifts and lunges are a necessary evil for thighs, bum and hamstrings. I hate them, but they are supposed to be the best lifts for a whole body workout as they also work the calves, abs and chest/arms to some degree as well so I suffer. If you really don't feel confident squatting with weights maybe just use the bar only or use the leg press machine instead.

    I just posted some progress pics (on my profile) just to retract what I said earlier but they're not really booty based Lol..... Anyway YES definitely has lifted, toned, and shaped my butt... I use a 5lb weight in both hands when I do my squats

    My squatting didn't get meaningful until I added weights. Get your butt to the ground, lift as you go up, ending the move with weights in the air and legs locked. Hard but worth it! Your abs will get a great workout, too! Dreams are made from good squats.
