  • Good luck on your weigh-in! I feel like we are both on the same boat, I have'nt lost anything either but I also didn't actually fast last week and I kept cheating the week before. I'm determined to buckle back down this week though with lots of gym time at a 4:3 fast.

  • I've done well with last week's challenge, which was to not weigh myself. My challege this week will be to not drink( when I have happy hour I usually end up eating everything in sight) and to plan active outings with my friends instead of the usual dinner or shopping trips.

  • I love this 4-day idea, mini goals feel a lot easier to reach than long term. I want to workout at lease four days a week and stop eating by 7 on non-fast days. and 5:00 on fast days.
