Do you have the program to share? I need to start lifting myself since I'm 43. I have been running and doing Turbo Fire. I can tell I'm toning up but still the same weight. I would like to add a lifting program to my cardio. Thanks. You look amazing!

Going to be doing Fire 30 or maybe 45/55 since we have an event tonight with fatty food and beer being served. I have to work off those calories. Looks like I will need to buy a heart rate monitor. I currently use the FitBit but after working out last night doing Fire 30, FitBit only allocated 65 calories burned. I would…

I'm with ya... after some injuries and of course St Paddy's weekend, I'm starting over with week one today. I should have been starting week 3. Oh well. We can do this!

I fell down the stairs so going to rest for a few days since I can't put my sneakers on. Ugh, so frustrating. I turned my ankle early last week during week one and now I bruise & sprain my right foot during this week two. Hoping to start up again tomorrow.

What did you decide on this? I'm in the same situation right now. I can't believe you did P90x first. I would have thought that was harder than these 2. I would love to finish one of these programs and eventually move to P90x. Tell me how you did it. :)
