^This. There's a reason why that cold piece of pizza looks so appetizing the next morning (hope I'm not alone in that). Try having your lunch or dinner food for breakfast. Or don't eat. Whatever works for YOU. There are very few hard and fast rules in this life. It's all about listening to your body and honoring that.

I try to have dark chocolate every day in some way, shape or form. I get the large bars and have one square or two if I have the calories for it. Chocolate chips are also an option. I think you get 16 in a serving. Sometimes, for me, seeing 16 of something (even if it's only a few calories) makes me feel like I'm really…

Fruits and vegetables make up 90% of what I eat. If I didn't log them, my diary would be practically empty and would give me a false perception of what I intake. That said, each person has to find what works for them.

I would start slow. If you can find a local studio, do that. Talk to the owner/teachers. Start with light Hatha and Yin Yoga. These will focus on opening the hips and the shoulders (the gateways to the spine that improve flexibility). Vinyasa Flow Yoga is a major calorie burner, but focuses less on flexibility. I went…

I really like Jillian Michael's No More Trouble Zones. You always know when you've done a Jillian workout.

Amazing work! Great job!

Yoga. Learning how to breathe from the diaphragm has helped me tremendously.

Black beans! Beans, beans! I like to add avocado, mango, anything you can think of really. Find stuff you love and fill up that taco shell.

Are you eating enough? Hunger will mask itself as thirst.

This is why processed food scares the hell out of me. If I don't make it, I seriously don't want to eat it.

I cook most of our food from scratch, but you can find low-sodium options. Goya and Bush's both make low-sodium beans. In fact, you can get a lot of canned foods now that have reduced sodium or no salt added. But if you eat a lot of processed or fast foods, you won't be able to control the sodium. Once you reduce the…

Spinach and lentil soup, Shredded Brussels Sprout Salad (with swiss chard, sunflower seeds and a mustard dressing), Parmesan Steak Fries and a little ol' piece of 70% dark chocolate. Yummmy!

DON'T fry in Olive Oil, despite what other posters have said. Your vegetable oil (or canola) is the best option here. Olive oil does NOT hold up at high heats and loses all benefit it might have had. Best to use olive oil at low temperatures or cold. There's no reason to give up pasta; just learn how much a serving truly…

49ers Cowboys Redskins Ravens Who DAT Nation! Yankees Red Sox Braves through the rotten years (and there were a lot of them).

Always before. I do a weekly meal plan so I know what I'm eating each day in the morning. I log everything then and make adjustments (usually to add calories) based on what I come up with. Gotta have a plan.

Love it!!

I love it. The cinnamon raisin is top notch. But the regular whole grain is great for toast or as a vehicle for peanut butter, almond butter or local honey!

1/2 cup homemade granola with strawberries, blueberries and 1/2 cup almond milk. Total calories: 273

I do squats at my desk every hour on the hour. It takes literally one minute. They can give me that. Haha!

Lactose intolerant here so I avoid almost ALL dairy. I have almond milk with my cereal. I have cheese from time to time, but always in small doses, mostly goat cheese and feta. Like with most food, it's a personal decision.

Fruits, vegetables, whole grains. I aim for 40 grams of fiber a day.

I can't really think of a fruit, vegetable, legume or grain I legitimately don't like. Beets, maybe, but I'm trying to give them a chance. However, I genuinely don't like beef. Never have. Or soda. Any kind. Anything with carbonation makes me gag.

According to WebMD, a woman can burn up to 500 calories breastfeeding in any given day. That's fascinating. I had no idea! Good luck to you!

Five well-planned meals works well for me. I think like everything else, we have to take this with a grain of salt. We have to listen to our own bodies.
