why spend any money at all. just cut your calories. If you really want to work out. try some sprinting for a 10-20 minutes or run some lines 2-3 times a week. These video workouts are designed to only to take your money. They come out with new ones all the time and its always the same people who buy them.

TDEE if your losing weight when you want to be gaining eat more. if your gaining weight and you want to be losing, eat less. No fancy machine is needed just an estimate and a couple of weeks to see if the estimate was accurate. this It really is simpler. I don’t know why people bother with anything else. edit-for spelling

and it will take time, its not going to happen in 6-12 weeks.

nerd fitness has an article on the "study" that concluded we need 8 glasses of water per day. turns out it was made up. Your body process all sorts of things when you eat, if theres water in it, (as there is in most food) it counts. Coffee counts most everything we think of that is liquid counts. If you think your…

I eat the same calories day in and day out. I estimate my needs and go from there. The problem with eating your calories back is how do you know how many you burned. Everything I have read suggests we over estimate the calories we burn and the machines are flat out wrong. Once you have an estimate work with that to…

i think it was layne norton that said in one of his videos that its a balance between all the fuel sources your body can use. It doenst just use one then move to the others it takes in energy from all sources in some type of ratio and as they deplete it leans heavier on the energy left. Something like that.

More of reminder of how good we have it and how poor the rest of the world has it. we worry about eating enough calories to shape our bodies how we want. They worry about making sure they eat enough to not die. Throw out food in the face of this is disgusting. I am reminded of a story my padre told me while working to feed…
