I should add that prior to joining MyFitnessPal , my weight got up to 233. So I changed my lifestyle and diet completely and got to 174 when I started using this app. I've been able to pretty much maintain that weight ever since.

I did this yesterday and I feel horrible. I only logged dinner and maybe MyFitnessPal recognized what I did and suggested this thread? :( it was so bad.
