I'm just starting to use this again. I'm not a huge calorie counter though, I eat mostly Paleo and don't count calories while doing that as I tend to eat until I'm full and it works. Lost 8 lbs so far and I'm here for the motivation.

fair enough. I don't count calories myself but I guess being on here helps keeps things interesting.0

I add my food but it usually goes over the "limit"0

I should add that prior to joining MyFitnessPal , my weight got up to 233. So I changed my lifestyle and diet completely and got to 174 when I started using this app. I've been able to pretty much maintain that weight ever since.0
