I just started counting calories and using the myitnesspal program on last Thursday. I need to loose about 40 pounds. I too cannot get motivated to start the exercises yet. I think once I loose at least ten pounds, I will then feel motivated. Hang in there girl. It's not easy but we can do it.

Be very careful of eating salads. The vegetables overall do not have a lot of calories however, the salad dressing you choose it absolutely most important. I was dieting and kept gaining weigh and didn't realize that every salad I ate was 1200 calories alone. Use very low calories and low sodium salad dressing and you…
