As long as you stay consistent with where exactly you measure I don't think it matters what part you measure. I am not going to be a stickler about it but just as long as the numbers are there seeing I use them for a specific weekly challenge event.

Yes each week will run from Monday to Sunday. New challenges will be posted on Mondays as well as the final scores from the previous week. #4: My goal is to not get eliminated in the challenge and by sticking to the challenge ultimately reach my ideal weight loss goal. It was week 3 or week 4 of the last challenge that I got sick and ended up being eliminated BUT NOT THIS TIME!!!!! =)

Its funny how the team with the least number of members has been posting better numbers this week than the team with the MOST members. I worked out and tracked everything but I was still over by a little. I went to a birthday party yesterday and it was the first time in weeks that I have had any of the foods I ate. Even though going over eliminates me from challenge I did my best to watch my portions and not over eat. Good luck Everyone!
