Just ordered a digital scale ( so I can get more accurate readings) and a tape measure. They should be here my Wednesday!!! I just exceeded my 3500 calorie goal for exercising this week. So I feel great, and have been working hard - if that counts for anything.

I just completed day 7 of Insanity and I much say once you get into a routine it is something you WANT to do rather than something you HAVE to do. I have the same problem. The only advice I have is to wear spandex shorts underneath your regular shorts and that should reduce the chafing. Hope this helps! :)
