  • Challenges are going good for me. I haven't been able to get as much cardio in as much as I would liked.
  • I also love to eat out, but I do not often. When I do eat out, I always try to check the restaurants menu because most of them have their nutrition information available. I will be going out with my mom for mother's tomorrow night. I am doing well weight wise this week. I think that not eating at night has really helped.…
  • Hey Team, Today I wanted to motivate you to give up a bad habit. My bad habit is eating at night time. I do well during the day, and then at times I eat terrible at night. So, for the past two nights, I have not ate after 8pm. What bad habit are you going to give up?
  • This is one of my favorites. :flowerforyou:
  • I do weigh everyday, but I am thinking about just weighing once a week. I find myself upset if I gain a little and then lose a little the next day. I have been focusing on my measurements also. I measure myself once a month.

  • Usually I eat a bowl of cheerios every morning, but I have decided that I am now going to eat an omelet. Today I made the following: Omelet: One large egg- 70 calories Shredded Sharp Cheddar Cheese- 1/8 cup 55 calories 1 slice of onion 1 cup of green tea- 0 calories I can not post a picture but I hope to get credit.
  • I tried to do 1200 calories when first signing up. I did lose some weight, but I was very tired and irritable. I bumped my calories up to 1400 and I felt much better and still kept losing weight. I can't remember how long it took to get results, but I kept in mind that this is a slow and steady process. I started out at…
  • Hi Team, I hope everyone had a great week. I was very busy this week with work, and found myself very tired towards the end of the week. I was still able to get some cardio and strength training in. I measured myself today and I have lost 3.5 inches since the beginning of the challenge. Also, my hubby has noticed that I…
  • Every since I had my third daughter, mine has been out of control too. Some months are really bad. :(
  • I know! She is 5 and couldn't get the concept of holding herself up LOL. I am so weak in my arms and I am going to work on that!
  • New Exercise: I like to take the kids for a walk, but my kids are little, and I don't feel like I am burning many calories when walking with them. It was a nice day here in Michigan yesterday, and I decided I would take my middle daughter for a walk. Instead of her walking next to me, I carried her the whole way. She is…
  • 285 right now. I plan on getting more in today and tomorrow.
  • I am doing well. The scale is not changing much, but I can feel it in my clothing and I have lost a few inches. I have increased my water intake. Also, I did push ups today. I can not do many at this point, but I am trying to increase my number daily. Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday I woke up early and went for a 1.5mile…
  • I also try to keep a large cup of water around me. For some reason, I find it easier to consume more water when I have a straw in my glass.
  • OK, I am not sure if this is going to count but I am unable to upload a picture of my lunch. Although, I will still share what I did. I had my usual turkey ham sandwich today, but I had a left over salad mix sitting in the fridge, and I decided to put it on my sandwich. My recipe: Two slices of whole wheat bread-100cal 2…
  • Posting by Sunday night would work for me. I like to plan out my days of the week on Sunday night.

  • I finished the challenge for 1/10, The exercises seem to be getting easier for me. I am enjoying the challenge each day.
  • completed the challenge for 1/9
  • completed challenge for 1/8. I do not like star jumps lol.
  • Completed the 1/7 required workouts. Sit ups were hard then I thought.
  • I tried eating 1200 calories and it did not work for me. I found myself irritable and tired. I find eating around 1400 works well. Also, I log everything. I would suggest getting a food scale if you do not own one. I measure everything compared to just guessing. Best of luck.
  • Completed 1/5 workout first thing in the morning
  • I also did six reps of 10. Seemed to help.
  • Finished for today. The star jumps were hard.
