I do 1 banana, a cup of strawberries, a cup and a third of orange juice and a 1/2 cup of plain yogurt. It's really yummy!

This made me nervous, too! Im hypoglycemic and will get really dizzy and feel like im going to pass out if I dont eat the right stuff. Eat LOTS of protein. Premier Protein shakes are great for on the run diet meals! They have 30 grams of protein and 160 calories

I make smoothies ALL the time! :) I put a cup of kiefer nonfat vanilla yogurt, 1 banana, 1/2 to 1 cup of orange juice, 7 strawberries, baby kale (optional), 1/4 cup carrot juice (optional), and a scoop Vanilla protein power

Im a D and I LOVE the Old Navy sports Bras. I got a size smaller that I usually am in sport bras and it olds me in great. and I wear a strapless underneath as well and it holds me in even more. :)

yes! Start slow and build up! I have bad knees and i probably shouldnt be running. I take it easy and go at my own pace and when i push my self as far as I can go but when my knees start to hurt, I take a break. I also take ibprophen before as well which helps take away some pain.:)

the gap between your lunch and dinner is big! try snacking in between. If I'm hungry, I'll eat something low cal and filling like a fiber bar or a banana. :) It's probably not good for you to go that long without eating during the day.

wear what you feel hot in :D it doesnt matter what other people think. If you are at a public pool, you probably wont see those people again! I personally love bikinis. String ones are iffy. I like the ones that are a little thicker on the sides, like an inch and a half width. holds me in more :D

do you think it might be your metabolism? mine is pretty slow. i eat pretty healthy, cook lots of veggies and protein. but it takes me forever to loose a pound. I excersize a lot which makes me gain muscle

I do but i wear a strapless bra underneath for more support and b/c my sports bra is white and a bit see through. I also have a smaller frame. If you do wear just the sprorts bra, I wouldn't wear short, I would wear capris or pants b/c some people may think you are exposing to much. I wear it only when I go hiking but not…
