I lost 25 pounds and I didn't notice a difference either until I got an app that puts 2 pictures side by side and then I did.

This was really fun to read. I don't feel as odd now. Lol Its summer so I'm downstairs Which isn't as fun as upstairs - no tv but the bed is bigger. A/c on. Fan on. And feet have to be covered up or the cats will nibble on them. Pillows everywhere!

I think do whatever makes you happiest. I got my scale when I started on here and am enjoying it fully. I weigh morning and night and write the weights on a calendar nearby.

I bought the book on Sunday night and it's only been 3 days but I love the rule about drinking water before a meal or snack - its a great way to get that water in. I also love the feeling of no carbs after lunch and stopping eating 3 hours before bed. I feel as bouncy as tigger
