It's been a bit since my last check-in. I've been logging consistently. Which feels great. & walking. Bit of swimming. Last week was finals and it seems like lots of exercise helps with the studying. Did someone say cashew pudding? Yum! I've never met a pudding I didn't like.

Good news. Only 1 more week left in this semester. Whee & Whew! Now just 5 finals to get through. smurfette - we could pour any leftover sleep into a jar, refrigerate it, and then drink it when we need it. I'd be up for that. Good evening all! How is everyone doing? Welcome Rkellywhite! I just joined this forum too. It's a nice way to wrap up the day after logging and keeping myself accountable. So far, I've been logging in same time each night after checking fitbit and then walking more a bit to reach that step goal.

Good to see so many check-ins here today. It's been a meh week. But they come and they go. Tomorrow is another day. I noticed at 11:55 that I was 500 steps away from my step goal so I got up and did em. And then cooled down. That was fun.

I love my fitbit. Today in addition to just walking about, I biked 5 miles. Swam 10 laps and did some stretching. Mfp would have given me a humongous minus. I think fit bits adjustments are more realistic.
