So many bad things are said about marriage, but there are good ones - I have a great marriage. It will be difficult at first(at least mine was!), stick it out, eventually you will learn what makes each other tick and it will all be worth it.

Weigh yourself in the morning before getting dressed. I have had up to a 3 lb difference depending on what time of day I weigh myself. Are you measuring your food? I found that I was way off on my estimates of portions, so I started measuring my food and it has helped. Also, I agree with the others, it could definitely be…

I've never heard of this. I think I would go to my general doctor and talk to him. I would get a second opinion just to be safe.

A couple weeks ago I realized that what I have been is a glutton. Psalms 23:20-21 says "Be not among drunkards or among gluttonous eaters of meat, for the drunkard and the glutton will come to poverty, and slumber will clothe them with rags." So that is helping me a lot right now. Feel free to add me as a friend!

I've had the same problem after doing the 30 Day Shred. It is shin splints (they hurt like crazy don't they?). I have been letting mine heal before I start back up. But these exercises should take care of the problem. http://www.dummies.com/how-to/content/how-to-treat-and-prevent-shin-splints.html

I don't want to be skinny and I don't want to look muscular either. I used to be skinny in college and I was very sick and exhausted. As someone posted above, I want to be curvy and sexy. That being said, I have been eating healthy for a month now and I ate a piece of pizza last night and it just didn't taste like it used…

Yep, me too. But, I'm going down now so I feel a little better. He is 6 ft. and 225 (was 180 when we met 20 years ago) and I am 5'5" and was 227 at my heaviest. It was mortified! I'm down to 220 now. I was 128 when we met, but I was exhausted and malnutritioned and felt like crap. I want to get down to 140-150.

I have had to take a rest from exercise for a few days because of shin splints. Wow! They are painful! I will give the exercises a try. Hope you heal up fast!

Are you measuring your food? I find I really underestimate how much I am eating and need to measure to get an accurate calorie count.

I have a friend who runs and she just lost her toe nail. She said it is common. I say "ouch"!
