I use fitnessblender.com. They don't have music, but they have tons of videos to choose from.

Chips are a major comfort food for me. My grandma loved chips and we would eat them together, so it triggers really good memories. I just can't have them in the house, I just don't buy them.

Welcome back! I am an old newbie too. I lost 40 lbs way back when. Went through several set backs including a two year bout of vertigo and gained it plus more back. I've been at it again since April. Good luck!

I keep my carbs around 50 and I eat 1200 to 1300 calories a day. If I go crazy on the carbs I am hungry. Also, I only eat two meals a day at around noon and around 5, sometimes with a very small snack in between. If I eat early in the day I am hungry again earlier and end up over eating by the end of the day.

You can add me, I'm a 48 year old teacher. I lost one of my students to drowning two years ago, used food to cope and went up to a high of 230 lbs. I have been back at this since the end of April and have lost 30 lbs.

I've eaten gluten free for two years and low carb since April. Every once in awhile I'll sneak a taste of something and I usually don't even enjoy it. Anything made with all purpose flour doesn't taste good to me any more, egg noodles and sugar cookies especially. If I cheat I usually end up with a stomach ache and…

I am in the same boat. I wasn't exercising and lost 25 lbs in 3 months. I started running 4 weeks ago and have lost nothing since. But I take photos every week and I do see the difference. Hopefully, we will both see the numbers start to drop soon on the scale. Don't give up!

It sound s like the headaches my daughter gets when her allergies are acting up and she gets fluid in her ears. You might want to try Flonase daily, it takes several days to really help, but if you have fluid in your ears it will help clear it up. If you think you might be clenching or grinding your teeth at night the…

I'm pretty certain that they make sugar free squash. I'm not sure how much sugar free beverages you are drinking a day, but I find when I drink too much artificially sweetened drinks it slows my weight loss. You might try drinking just water for several days and see if that makes a difference.

I've been on keto for about 7 weeks now. I couldn't even think about exercising the first few weeks, but I'm feeling a lot stronger now. I just started running again and have not had any problems.

I've had mine for about 2 weeks, so far I really like it. It seems pretty accurate and I've not had any trouble with the app.

I had lost 40 lbs several years ago by counting calories. I decided to try keto when a co-worker had started it and lost 25 lbs in a couple of months. I already had been eating gluten free for two years and watched my sugar, so it didn't feel like a huge adjustment. I never got the so called keto flu. I like it because I…

I'm 47 and live in Ohio. I started MFP in 2012, eventually got down to 170 (goal was 150). I started working full time as a teacher in 2014, cafeteria food and some health issues that caused me to stop running caused my weight to start creeping up. In 2017 one of my students drowned and I went into a depression that lasted…

I am 5'5", started at 230, now 209 and mine is 1300. If I go any higher than that I don't loose.

I gave up gluten way before I started counting calories and carbs, so when I "cheat" with something that has gluten it is never worth it for me. I tried eating a sugar cookie at Christmas time and all I could taste was the flour. It was kind of disappointing, but better for me in the long run. I cheated yesterday by eating…

If your allergies are bad you could have fluid in your ears causing you to be off balance. I have never heard of perimenopause causing you to loose your balance. I am in perimenopause and have lost 18 lbs in the last 27 days.

If I was logging it I would go with 1100. I think 1000 sounds about right and I would add the extra 100 just to be safe.

Beside the health reasons I can guarantee you it will catch up to you. If you keep under eating one day you will wake up starved and it won't leave you. I say this from experience, when you consistently eat under your goal you are setting yourself up for failure.

Yes, about 4 years ago I had lost 40 lbs. I had hit a lull and started a new job at the same time. Instead of hanging on and pushing through I told myself I was thin enough and just gave up. Now, 4 years later I have all 40 lbs back on my body. Just make sure you don't do give up. I hate myself for just throwing away all…

I hate to disappoint everyone, but Carnival Eats has the people they spotlight on their show exaggerate what they really sell. At least the one that was filmed here locally. The one done on a local vendor was a breakfast sandwich, it originally had sausage, bacon, and egg. The people from Carnival Eats had him show it as…

I stopped syncing my fitbit with myfitnesspal because I felt like it was hindering my weightloss. I only eat back about half or less of my exercise calories.
-
I have to second Aldi, they are the best buy, especially when it comes to produce.
-
I had the same issue with the fitbit. I was eating back about half the calories it gave me and I was not loosing. So I stopped allowing it to sync with myfitnesspal and now just log my exercise manually.

You need to find a new doctor. Anemia is very treatable, there is no reason for you to continue to feel bad and you shouldn't have to have 12 blood tests in a week. I'm not sure why you would think a half a tub of frosting would stop you from feeling dizzy. What you eat isn't going to stop your symptoms from being anemic,…
