You should look into Couch to 5k. It is a program that uses intervals of walking and running. Eventually you will be able to run a 5k. It's cool because it starts off easier and each week as you get better the program pushes you to the next level. Good luck, don't give up!!!

I drink my veggies with green smoothies & my favorite recipe is: 2 cups spinach 1 cup frozen grapes 1/2 banana 1 tbsp almond butter or reduced fat peanut butter 1-1 1/2 cup water 1 tbsp. chia seeds(optional) It's delicious, it's the healthiest version of peanut butter and jelly! Yum!!

Chicken piccata(low-fat recipe) & extra capers, because I love them. Grilled asparagus with a pinch of sea salt, lemon & oil and whole wheat noodles with pesto sauce! Delicious!!

Green tea has so many benefits. It's very healthy for you and is a great substitute for coffee. Green tea is supposed to speed up your metabolism. It tastes good with raw honey. Google it yo see all the studies done on it it's its many benefits.

There is an app for your phone called Fitness Buddy. It's amazing. There are different workouts already built in ranging from weight to stability ball. It provides all the info you need as if you have your own trainer. You are even able to personalise your own workouts. Best $1.99 I've ever spent! Good luck!

I used to think that 6-8 glasses was enough but talked with a nutritionist who said to take your body weight and divide it in half & that is the # of ounces to drink daily. Google it. There are so many benefits of water from natural detoxifier to clearing skin that when I feel like not drinking anymore I keep going.
