1200-1400 normal day. My BMR is 1300, so some days I'm under and other above (aprox) When I work out I eat 1300-1500, but the days I work out I usually net under 1300. I'm not a fan of eating my calories back, just half or a quarter of them. I'm on a losing weight diet and I'm 5'2 My TDEE is 1700... So with the 1200, I'm…

From what I have been reading in here, when fat from your stomach dissappears the "bulkiness" will go away, for the moment you have fat+muscles = bulk less fat+muscle= toned

I'm in, but I'll start on Tuesday, 'cause I have to buy weights and a tape thingy. Tomorrow everything is closed because of a national holliday. I'll edit this then with my measurements and starting pictures =)

I have always eaten healthy food, the problem is that my portions were too big for my TDEE. So this weight loss journey is a bit difficult, it's not like I gain weight eating junk food everyother day, I still eat the same, but less.

I only use the quick added calorie for vegetable soup. I log everything else except for spices, I don't think pepper and oregano have many calories =) I do log salad dressings or ketchup/mayo. I don't log things that are calorie free like diet coke.

Thanks so much...If you burn 1000-1150 calories I guess my estimate of 500 calories in 1 hour are not off... I'm 5'2 and 137 lbs.

It doesn't make it "bigger"... you had fat at the begining of it, that fat dissapears and it looks bigger, but it was that size all along. So I've read. I don't have one LOL..

This happens tome too.... I HATE BEING SWEATY. And don't really like to work out at all... Never have... I was skinny as hell and was one of the worst at gym class in high school, when I didn't cut the class, of course LOL I've been dancing with Just Dance, which makes it a little more fun, but still, I fight with my self…

I'm not saying she is not healthy, I'm saying she doesn't need to lose 10 pounds, which is what she wants. I'm telling her she should work out and lose body fat instead because 98 lbs in a girl of 5'2 is just in the limit between normal and underweight (medically, not just my idea). 88 lbs would be too little.

Santiago, Chile Students: "We will demonstrate tomorrow because the goverment hasn't been able to solve the real issues of the education system"

Yep. When I was 15 years old I weight the same as you do now. It's not super-underweight but you are right on the edge. If you still feel fat, seek professional health. At your weight I strongly recommend you to eat at your mantainence level and now focus on losing body fat if you still have. I know I did, was extremely…

Listen to YOUR body! If you're super hungry, then you are eating too little... if you're feeling full you're eating too much. If you work out and feel hungry, eat something. If you're okay, don't eat anything. People here IMPOSE what works for them. They usually say I should be eating like 1600. I'm a sedentary 5'2' girl.…
-
I think you could do a "300 meals under 300 calories" or something like that. That would work for everybody no matter how tall or small or if they are women or men. Because a 1200 calories usually only works for a small sedentary women

Have you tried talking to them? Perhaps if you tell them how it makes you feel they'll stop. Remember the most important thing is to do it for yourself and at your own pace.
