Yes, I have the same problem and I have realized I tend to eat when I am bored or just want to keep my mind away from something else. My trick is to have several healthy snacks during the day. DO NOT WORRY!!! Just let it go, say thanks for the meal and get back on the exercise and healthy eating. One meal is not a big deal .... Give yourself a big hug and tomorrow will be another day :)

try it with steamed with a sauce make of olive oil, smoked paprika and garlic. Heat the oil, and add the garlic when almost crunchy, add the smoked paprika... it is good!!!

I like one cup of vanilla soy milk and a handful of frozen blackberries (this one is my favorite). I also like to change the fruit (mango, pineapple, strawberries....)
