Yes x3 today! I fell and banged up my knee like 1 minute into my run today, oops. Luckily I'd already done a 45 min hike earlier. My favourite outdoor activities are family hikes, and jogging alone for 'me' time.

Pass day 1/3 today, exercised but went over on calories. Two planned passes for Father's Day and my birthday, so hopefully I can stick with it for the rest of the month :)

Yes x3, well under calories today. I worked a graveyard shift last night and am running on 2hrs of sleep since waking up yesterday morning, and still managed to go out for a 7km run! Very proud of myself for today :)

So glad to be back! I was in the UAC groups from October 2019 - March 2020 and I lost 30 lbs during that period. Yes x3 :) I try not to regularly eat back exercise calories but I view them as something to fall back on on days when I need an extra snack to get by. I don't count a day as a pass day until I've exceeded my daily calories and my exercise calories.

Hello, this will be my 6th month with the UAC. I've lost 25 lbs since September, looking to lose another 15-20! The UAC helps me stay consistent and keep on track. Looking forward to another month of accountability :)
