You're absolutely right. It is the 'starting' that's hard. When I think about it, that's exactly what I do too...start with a short walk and it never seems enough. I just need to put on my shoes and walk to the corner...the rest will follow. I'll do it tomorrow and I'll even take a pic as proof. 😂
