I am in the phase of learning to maintain and not desire to see a loss on the scale. It is hard because I tend to work to see a result. It is hard to train my brain to understand that maintaining is a result.

I did a new workout yesterday. I hated it. For the same reason it is supposedly good for you. I felt awkward and had a difficult time keeping up. Today I did my stationary bike. My fail safe. I can tell you from experience what happens when you do not get enough sleep. It was ugly! Thank God I grasped this concept. I make sure I sleep now.

I am learning to say no to junk by saying yes to vegetables first. I have still had my junk but way less than usual.

What a nifty idea! Better yet, use mini muffin pan to freeze the extra cookie dough. this way when you are ready you only need to put the muffin pan in pre-heated oven. No transferring required when ready to bake.

Verde, I believe we are on the same schedule or one day apart. I did these exercises already too. I also did overhead presses, heavy pants, and renegade rows today. My arms are getting shape. My sister said she noticed. Woo hoo!
