PW: 200.9 CW: 200.6 LTD: 11.4 I’m not sure how I managed a loss. I was off plan most of the week. I was sure I’d have a gain. Whoo! We’ll see how this week goes. I definitely won’t be under my calories on Christmas Day, but won’t go crazy.

I made fried chicken tonight. I do that rarely because it so unhealthy. This time I used gluten free bread crumbs (for my daughter) with crushed Lay’s mixed in for some crunchiness. It turned out really good. I wish I could have squeezed two pieces into my day, but I couldn’t with that many calories. Totally worth it!

PW: 205.1 CW: 200.9 LTD: 11.1 There is no way I lost 4.2 pounds of actual weight. I always lose a lot the first week I start back up, which I’m sure is mostly water that I’m no longer retaining because I’m not eating so much junk. But that’s what the scale tells me, so that’ll help our numbers a lot for this week.

No, that cold spray hurts cause it’s FREEZING! I also have plantar fasciitis and some other foot issues. I’ve had my share of shots in my heels. I have them do the shots without the spray. To me, the spray hurts more. I hope you find a solution. I know how you feel!
