What is the correct way? I’m new to intermittent fasting. I’d like to know what fasting periods people have had the most luck with and what kind of eating plan they follow. I’m particularly interested in the results for women over 50. Thanks!

Do you do “real” camping or RV camping? I don’t do tents. LOL. We have a travel trailer. LOVE IT! RV camping is a great vacation when you’re trying to stick to an eating and exercise plan because you can take and prepare all your food and there are plenty of fun outdoor activities you can do.

I do the same thing. We’ll cook over the weekend and have leftovers. Mostly I get my husband to grill or smoke something like pork tenderloin or chicken. And I’ll often cook up veggies, like steamed broccoli or okra. I’ll pair the meat with the veggies or a salad and maybe a small baked potato (also cooked on the weekend).…
