Amazing accomplishment! Your dedication is paying off and inspiring!

Slow eater here. My husband is super fast so supper time is relaxing and chatting. Popcorn (when we used to go to movies) - my daughter and I had the habit of waiting until the movie started to eat the popcorn. If we went as a family, my husband and sons would get the XL popcorn, polish it off in time for a free refill…

...elderly at 65?! Old yes, but the closer I get to 60 the more I think of 80 as elderly. Or maybe that's because both of my parents are 84.

emzoe13 I agree! What is it about "getting to goal" weight and staying there!?
-
Way to go! Yea you!

Some good advice above. Chiming in to add -- just start. Start - N O W. Start with small changes and go from there. If you stumble during the day, or with one choice, don't wait for tomorrow, get back on track today, the next meal or choice you have to make. Wishing you success!

I'll add that good water is also a big help. Can't have a good cup of coffee if you start with bad tasting water.

I've done Yoga with Adriene in the past but this is the first time I'm able (working from home) to stick pretty close to the schedule. A few days I've done two sessions but I'm really appreciating the challenge (and yes, sometimes prefer less of her chatter). Day 18 CENTER got me closer to the crow pose than I've ever been…

Nice job! Thanks for sharing. No overthinking things, basically "Just do it!".

Yes, great job of catching it now! Finding your way and what works and doesn't for you, is the key I think. So many slippery slopes to navigate.

Happy Belated Birthday, Ann! I've been on here since 2012 (yikes!) when I initially lost 30 lbs and then yo-yo'd for the next number of years! I'm tall enough (5-8") so extra weight isn't always evident. Over the years I regained 25 of the 30 lbs and this June, along with my husband, we got serious and found a plan that…
