6 days a week for me. M, W & F = cardio and some yoga. Resistance/strength workouts on T & Th. Sat's are usually yoga, plus home/yard work. Sun's are for "fun" - kayaking, biking or soon, x-country skiing (Sat's too).

Agree with freda78, start with walking - just do it! Start small with 15-20 min and set aside time and build from there.

Joined MFP in 2012 after quitting Weight Watchers. Back then WW counted points, not calories. I wanted calorie info to build my knowledge so continued with MFP to lose 30 lbs. It sounds like you are in a good place and have a good plan to not fall back to unhealthy habits. Have you ever taken your measurements and kept track of those? Clothes feeling good is one way but I've found that now that I've lost 18+ pounds my clothes still fit, just not using the "stretch" part as much.
