That's what I do... I am actually glad to see when my carbs are low and I'm over on fat and protein. I just don't pay much attention to the division of the calories, just the total amount. I believe in lower-carb weight loss... so while I'm watching calories, I don't bother watching the actual categories of fat, carbs, protein. That's what I do too. I set up an "exercise" for 60 minutes of nursing being 400 calories. I just add it each day. :) ~Michelle

I'm 5'7" and aiming for 130 for sure... if I get there, I may decide 125 is better. I'm 140 now. I'm small framed though. I was about 110 before I got married and while I was healthy, I think I look better with a bit more weight than that! Plus, I AM 15 years older than I was then... and have 4 kids...

I've lost 5 lbs. in two weeks... I've watched my calories and have added walking. I was surprised to see how many calories I was really eating each day. MFP has been a huge help. I don't really expect to lose 5 more in the next two weeks, because really, 2 lbs a week is the most anyone should be losing. I like the "If you…
