I'd say you'd be able to lose 10lbs in 3 months - that sounds practical, even. Just stay on a healthy, strict diet and work out 5-6 days - and I think you can make that a possibility (: Stay away from preservatives, sugars, starches and all that... and you'll be set. ... but honestly, any effort towards losing weight is always worth it. ^______^ xo0

I've lost 5 lbs. in two weeks... I've watched my calories and have added walking. I was surprised to see how many calories I was really eating each day. MFP has been a huge help. I don't really expect to lose 5 more in the next two weeks, because really, 2 lbs a week is the most anyone should be losing. I like the "If you ate like this every day, you'd lose weigh _________ lbs in 5 weeks." at the bottom of the daily food log. It is encouraging to see that keeping up the good work will pay off!0

It really depends - whats your current weight and height? if you have a lot to lose, then 10 lbs in 3 months is very doable. If you're already near a healthy bmi, then that's a big ask, and you'll need to be really strict about sugars, alcohol, etc.0

If your plan is to exercise 6-7 days a week than at least make sure you NET 1200 calories rather than only eat a total of 1200 calories. Otherwise you'll find yourself stalling big time.
I would suggest setting your weight loss per week at like .5 of a pound a week.
Good luck 10 pounds in three months is realistic =]0 -
The amount of weight you lose and how quickly you lose it will depend on a number of different things. Yes it is possible to lose 10 pounds by July if you have a lot to lose to begin with. If you only have 10 pounds to lose and nothing else it may be more difficult for you.
If you are exercising like you said you were five to six days a week is wonderful but try to give your body some time to recuperate and only do things like walking one day a week.
You can eat what you want, but it's best to try to stay with foods that aren't processed and have low sodium. Lean protein is a wonderful thing to help with weight loss, so I've read. Eat the proper amount of calories for you- don't starve yourself. Drink plenty of water as well.
I have one other suggestion- when you start keeping track of everything, take your measurements. You may lose inches before pounds, and it helps to see progress when the scale doesn't move. Good luck.0
