Hello and welcome! You have come to the right place to start. My suggestion to you would be to track and measure all your food. Start taking a walk every day to ease into a routine. Feel free to add me as a friend and I will help motivate you along the way.

My most recent NSV is being able to order clothes online or walking into a store and picking up clothes without trying them on and everything fits when I get home.

I have an Apple Watch and a Fitbit Charge 2 and wear the both. As far as the Apple Watch vs Fitbit Blaze I would say it depends on what you are looking for in your tracker. The Apple Watch is more versatile than the Blaze. You can answer phone calls and texts on the Apple Watch. The Fitbit Blaze is limited to what it can…

Hello! Welcome :) You will do great! Try not to let the scale get you down. Just keep tracking and moving and it will come off.

Hi! I will send a request your way! :)

Welcome! Congrats on the loss! :)

Tracking your meals makes all the difference, at least for me it does. I log everything, the good the bad and the sometimes ugly. I measure and weigh everything. If I stop tracking I start gaining. :)

Thanks! I just started tracking everything I ate and exercising everyday. Slowly and surely the weight started coming off. It's not easy or fast, but it works. :flowerforyou:

Thank you! Yes! I am very glad that I took them. I was actually surprised when I found them. I had forgotten that I had taken them. Boy talk about getting your butt back into action. Haha... I will pass on the fat-free, sugar free, carb free donut though. LOL! If I am going to have a donut, it will be the real deal.

I mostly do the Leslie Sansone's Walk at home program. I mix it up throughout the week with the dvd's and some running. Lots of cardio and strength training.
