Have you heard of calorie cycling? Google it and you can find the calculator. It gives you higher and lower days of calories to eat so that your body does not adapt to eating the same amount daily. Honestly I didn't cut anything out of my diet. I do tend to eat less prepackaged things and try to eat more balanced. I have pizza but if I know I am having it for dinner I will balance the rest of my day out, most of the time. I did cut back on the treats. I am a huge sugar fan so that was not an easy task. I have an Apple Watch and a Fitbit Charge 2. I wear one on each wrist. Apple Watch: * more smart watch capabilities * Water proof and can track water activities * But you have to charge daily Fitbit Charge 2: * tracks sleep, stairs * Charge lasts 5-7 days * Can compete with friends

I started out using an app call 5K Runner. It's kind of like Couch to 5k. It's a 8 week program that starts you out walking/jogging to build up your stamina. ☺️
