I started with the app 5k Runner. You start out by doing walk/run cycles. Your running time increases weekly and at the end of the program you can easily run 3 miles in 30 minutes. It will help build your endurance.

:) Hi! Congrats on the 20 lb loss! I know how frustrating a plateau can be. I have been stuck the last couple months myself. I am switching up my calories and continuing with my workouts as usual. I figure if I keep consistent it will come off in time.

Hi :) Welcome. You are in the right place to start. Just start off by tracking everything you eat. Take it one day and one meal at a time.

Hi :) I have been there and done that. The biggest thing that has helped me is tracking and measuring everything I eat. I track the good, the bad, and the ugly. You will be amazed at how quickly the calories add up. I also started moving more. I have a Fitbit and it will remind me to get up every hour and walk 250 steps.…

I started using Leslie Sansone's walk at home videos in the beginning. Now I run around the trail in our neighborhood and progressed to Jessica Smith's workokt videos. She does a mixture of cardio, strength, and yoga/Pilates/ballet inspired workouts.

It comes with a workout calendar and takes all the guesswork out of what to do daily. All workouts are 30 minutes. She has strength…

The first two are easy. Changing your mindset is difficult. You really have to get to the root of what is causing your anxiety. At…

Hi! Welcome to MFP. Great job on losing 10lbs! :)

I have been there done that. I found the key to keep the weight off is to continue tracking and exercising daily. Take it one meal at a time and try not to beat yourself up over a day that didn't go your way. I have made peace with the scale and I don't let it dictate how I feel about myself. You've got this and your in…
