I like a lot of elliptical and treadmill. I would do an hour and a half to two hours. But my wife thinks it's too much. It took me 9 months to lose 70 lbs. I believe that I need to exercise a lot so that I never get fat again.

I eat between 2800 and 3200 calories a day. I get plenty of vegetables, fruits and protein. I drink 10 to 12 glasses of water a day. I had a physical a few months ago and the Dr said that I probably added 10 years to my life by losing the weight. All of my blood levels were back to normal.

People seem to hate it when someone suceeds. I have people telling me that I am losing too much and I exercise too much. Eat something. A little won't hurt. Oh well, 70 lbs lost and I feel great. Don't stress over it. They need to wake up and give you a big congrats.

I travel a lot. I tend to eat cereals in the morning. I stay away from all fast food. I buy apples and keep them with me. All meals are ate at at nice restaurant. If I can't sit and order a meal, I tend to do a lowfat sub. You can travel and eat well. You just can't be in a hurry.

I get that way also. My daughter told me about smooth move tea. It helps keep you regular. Just don't use it all the time. I only if I have not gone in a day.

I eat all my daily calories. I also try to eat some of the exercise calories. Your body needs food so it can lose weight. The real question is: is your profile set correctly? Do some research to see how many calories you really need in a day. And are you underestimating your food intake?

My suggestion is just to make an estimate. Move on. One day of pizza won't kill your diet. Just don't do it very often. There is no way to make an accurate estimate. Just put in the calories, move on. That's what I do.

I drink about a gallon a day. I have noticed that when I drink lots of water, I tend to lost more. I started at 226 and today I am down to 163. It may all be in my head, but I drink plenty. I think it helps.

I eat Fiber one 80 cereal almost every morning. Sometimes oatmeal and toast.

I don't go out for chinese. I like terraki chicken. But it isn't that good for me. Everything at a chinese restaurant is high in salt. I have only been once and it set me back a few days. Stick to the fruit and salad.

I like having the scale. I have had to buy all new clothes. I have lost 60 lbs as of today. The scale keeps me focused on my goal. Without a goal, I would get discouraged.
