I have now done 30 day Shred. I do like it but I am a more advanced exerciser now than I was last time I posted, so I usually prefer a longer workout. 30 Day Shred is good for days when I'm short on time. Good mix of core, cardio, and weights. Don't be afraid to go fairly heavy with your weights. You'll see results quickly.

They are good because you can view clips of the workouts, read reviews, and send them back if you don't like them.
