I'm 140lbs and when I was doing Level 2 I was burning about 200 calories. (According to my HRM) Hope that helps!

You'd divide the numbers. 300g divided by 8 cookies is 37.5 grams a cookie. For the Calories I would find how many calories are in one gram and then multiply it by how many grams one cookie is. 25 calories divided by 100 grams gives you .25 calories per gram. .25 x 37.5 gives you 9.375 calories per cookie.
