big baps run in my family. my teeny, tiny daughter is a G cup, and i'm an E. even with a good bra, we spend a hell of a lot of time trying things on in shops and rejecting them. in the uk there's a good shop that specialises in clothing for large busts, called bravissimo. if you look at their website you might get some…

seems silly to me. buying for the size I am, it's damn hard to find a decent fit. I spend a long time trying things on in the shop to make sure they fit right. in 20 years the fit of my clothing has changed a lot even if the sizing hasn't. cute clothes are great. poorly fitting cute clothes look tacky.

years of being heavy may have had a lasting impact on your self esteem. the trouble with huge physical changes, be it weight loss of fake boobs, is that people often imagine it will fix a lot more problems than it actually does. you're a good weight now, and losing more won't change how you're feeling. working out and…

i found a derma roller helped a lot with stretch marks. lose skin takes time to shrink. my baby belly took months but the skin did shrink back a lot.

i was a little confused as to that one too. unless there's some back story here i don't know about? nothing wrong with asking your question.

I doubt that it's a great way to lose weight. short periods of fasting have been proven to have many health benefits in mice, and there are indicators to show it should in people too... not proof, but evidence towards it reducing the risk of diabetes, Alzheimer's, etc. so that might be reason enough for the odd low cal,…

I wonder how much manners weigh...
-
leg raises, squats... perhaps you could still plank with the aid of a gym ball, resting your chest partly on the ball to take the weight off your shoulders. I strongly suggest you see a physiotherapist though. you may benefit from exercises to strengthen your injured joints, and they will have other ideas for safe…

I've put on 7lb in one week, simply through PMS bloating, and it was gone again by the time my period was through. just throughout the day a fluctuation of a pound or two is normal. weighing myself in the AM, before breakfast or drink, after toileting, is going to give a very different result to if I weigh myself in the…

once a week try something new. a meat or veg or seasoning that you're not sure you'll like. don't pressure yourself to eat a whole serving, but at least try a small bite. there will be lots of fails, but also some successes. even picky eaters can find new foods to enjoy. I've been there.

what sort of work? repetitive strain injury or spinal problems are very real risks in some factory work, so you need to think carefully about whether it's worth gambling your health. check out exactly what is involved. also, how well do you cope with boredom and repetitive tasks? my sister was told to quit her factory job…

reading some of this makes me so glad i'm a committed singleton. I put whatever I want in my fridge... though chances are the kids will eat it before I have a chance to.

i'm with your hubby. it's his home as much as it is yours, and it's disrespectful of you to demand this of him. maybe if you keep his 'sin' food in a separate cupboard, or in an opaque tub in the fridge, and vow never to even open his. out of sight might help.

check this out: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=KMGUmcveQeg if you eat the right stuff, you can eat until you're bursting!

if you log it then, when you look at 'reports - calories - 90 days' you might spot a pattern. it might be triggered by stress or by your hormonal cycle, or it might be entirely random. if you can spot a pattern then that might be a help.

ask at the desk when their quietest times are. lots of people like a distraction free workout, so they won't think you're weird.

you get a gold star!

a face can be attractive, but if the personality doesn't match then i'm utterly disinterested.
-
nope, I don't like it. and unless there's been at least some encouragement, a look or a smile, I think it's a bit off to hit on strangers. people who don't accept rejection and drop it make my blood boil.

i'm no fan of ultra low carb/high protein dieting, but I'm utterly unconvinced by the OP.
-
no, i'm taking some of these words exactly as they're typed. blanket statements help nobody. the op asked what others do, but that doesn't mean she's up to doing the same (or not up to doing the same). she could be feeling guilty about not working out when she's feeling dire, or she could just be feeling a bit grotty and…

rest. also, don't go out places and spread your germs!

I find working out makes my flow heavier (i'm on meds for heavy flow too. we're talking tsunami), makes my back ache worse and exhausts me. plus I've found i'm far more likely to injure myself. the world doesn't end if I skip it. I don't suddenly balloon 20 pounds and lose all my stamina. after my period i'm still the same…
-
i'm pretty sure it isn't.

even with the prescription pain meds, I feel like dung. so I just have hot baths & early nights instead. i'm perfectly happy with that. don't fret about what everybody else is up to. figure out what works for you.

when you are old, what will you regret? having a few strangers judging you? or not having danced while you had the chance?

I feel bad for her, because all eyes are on her. but hopefully the baby will bring her joy.

at the risk of sounding like a spammer, i'm loving 'skinny sprinkles'. it's pretty much just a fibre shake and it fills my belly so that i'm not rumbling and snacking through my shift. it's a killer, being around other people's food. even if you're not hungry the smells set off your juices and suddenly your belly is making…

you need your own plate. a smaller plate. something decorated differently, just for you. maybe even order one with your name on it. you only eat off your own, special plate! if your plate is smaller then he can pile less food onto it. instant portion control.

this was my assumption. building up over time is the smart way to go about it.
